We'd been training seriously for years. What we couldn't find was a community that matched that standard.
We trained across disciplines and looked for a community that matched. Strength, conditioning, speed, running. Run clubs were great for community but light on purpose. Fitness classes were structured but disconnected from real development. Nothing brought it all together. So we built it.
In traditional training, everything lives in zones: Zone 1 through Zone 5. Measured. Prescribed. Controlled. But the moments that actually change you happen just beyond that. When you choose to push further. When effort isn't assigned. It's earned.
zone6 isn't a heart rate.It's a decision.
