Thursdays at 6:00pm, always free. Just show up. Coaching and programming are available separately for those who want to go deeper.

Between them, Ed and Justin have over three decades of resistance training experience. Both compete. Both train to the exact standard they coach to. You're not getting a generic program. You're getting two coaches who hold themselves to the same bar.

Ed Tung

17+ years in performance and physique training. Trained alongside IFBB Pro bodybuilders. Competitive HYROX athlete with deep expertise in hypertrophy, strength, nutrition, and programming.

Justin Ong

BSc Kinesiology, UBC. Former Infantry Soldier turned competitive weightlifter, now competing in HYROX. Specializes in biomechanics, speed development, and injury prevention.

Our story

Why we
built
zone6

We'd been training seriously for years. What we couldn't find was a community that matched that standard.

We trained across disciplines and looked for a community that matched. Strength, conditioning, speed, running. Run clubs were great for community but light on purpose. Fitness classes were structured but disconnected from real development. Nothing brought it all together. So we built it.

In traditional training, everything lives in zones: Zone 1 through Zone 5. Measured. Prescribed. Controlled. But the moments that actually change you happen just beyond that. When you choose to push further. When effort isn't assigned. It's earned.
